Service Description

PREREQUISITES: Must be at least 14 years old and hold a current Adult CPR/AED certification This is course is certified with a digital Certificate upon successful completion of the course. The Certificate is good for 2 years. Topics include- Primary and secondary assessments Head/Brain, Neck and Spinal Injuries Heat- Related Emergencies Hypothermia Altitude- Related illnesses Allergies and Anaphylaxis Burns Bone and Joint injuries Wounds and Wound Infection This class will be broken up into four separate 4-hour sessions. Please dress comfortably as some parts of class will be outside as well as in classroom. Please also pack a water bottle and snacks/lunch. Bug spray and sunblock if needed. A notebook for note taking is recommended.
